Creating a clean, secure, and welcoming environment is one of our highest priorities. From daily classroom routines to campus security and emergency preparedness, every aspect of our program is designed to help children feel comfortable while giving families confidence in their child’s care.

Cleanliness & Sanitization
Rigorous Cleaning for Healthy Classrooms
Hands-on exploration is an important part of the Montessori experience, which is why we take great care in maintaining clean classrooms and learning materials.
- Daily Disinfection:Montessori materials, classroom furniture, tables, shelves, and frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day using child-safe cleaning products.
- Deep Cleaning: Our classrooms, common areas, movement equipment, and shared learning spaces receive thorough cleaning regularly to help maintain a healthy learning environment.
- Handwashing Routines: Children are encouraged to develop healthy habits through regular handwashing routines, especially before meals, after outdoor play, and after restroom use. These everyday routines support both personal responsibility and the well-being of the classroom community.
Campus Security & Access
A Secure Facility with Monitored Access
Providing a safe learning environment begins with maintaining a secure campus.
- Controlled Entry: Access to our facility is monitored during operating hours. Authorized staff, enrolled families, and approved visitors follow established procedures to enter the building.
- Visitor Verification: Visitors, tour participants, and service providers check in with the front office before entering the school and follow visitor procedures while on campus.
- Safe Pickup Protocols: Children are released only to parents, guardians, or individuals authorized by the family. When necessary, identification may be requested to ensure every child leaves safely with an approved adult.
Daily Wellness & Illness Policies
Protecting the Health of Our Community
Keeping our school community healthy requires teamwork between families and educators.
- Daily Wellness Monitoring: Our teachers observe children throughout the day and communicate with families if a child begins showing signs of illness or discomfort. When needed, children are cared for in a comfortable area while awaiting pickup.
- Stay-Home Guidelines: To help reduce the spread of illness, families are asked to keep children home when they are experiencing symptoms such as fever, vomiting, or other contagious illnesses. Children may return according to the school’s health guidelines once they are feeling well. Working together helps create a healthier environment for everyone.

Our educators are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment every day.
- Safety Training: Our staff receive ongoing training in pediatric CPR, first aid, and emergency response procedures to help them respond calmly and confidently in unexpected situations.
- Emergency Drills: We conduct regular, age-appropriate safety drills, including fire and severe weather procedures, so that children become familiar with routines calmly and reassuringly.
- Family Communication: If a child experiences a minor injury or incident during the school day, families are informed promptly and provided with details about the care their child received.
